| Job description | The Organizational Behavior Department at IPADE Business School is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. IPADE
IPADE Business School ranks among the leading business schools in Mexico and Latin America, focusing exclusively on executive and graduate education through its Full-Time and Executive MBA programs. The institution does not offer undergraduate degrees. IPADE’s MBA programs are internationally recognized and consistently achieve excellent placement results. It is one of the few business schools worldwide to hold the three major international accreditations: EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB.
Rooted in its Christian inspiration, IPADE maintains a strong humanistic approach, dedicated to developing business leaders with a deep sense of ethical and social responsibility.
IPADE’s campuses are located in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara—the country’s most prominent economic centers. The appointed faculty member will reside in one of these cities, preferably Mexico City, and will travel to the others as teaching responsibilities require. All travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the school.

· Demonstrated ability or strong potential to conduct high-quality research in Organizational Behavior or related fields.
· Ability and enthusiasm to teach at the MBA level.
· A Ph.D. or DBA degree completed or expected by December 2026, ideally in Management – Organizational Behavior.
· Professional fluency in English and either fluency in Spanish or a strong interest in learning it.
